Chemical Dependency Treatment

Outpatient Addiction Treatment

Chemical Dependency IOP

Alternative Options Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides comprehensive, intensive treatment where clients examine and begin to resolve their alcohol/substance abuse or dependency issues. Our goal is to provide an environment where clients can make the necessary emotional and behavioral changes in order to achieve sustained sobriety.

Alternative Options chemical dependency IOP is based upon a 45-day model customized to meet each individual client’s needs. We utilize an empirically based approach to recovery focusing on the behavioral and underlying emotional factors contributing to substance use and process addictions. Our treatments utilize Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), and Psychodynamic approaches along with an introduction to the 12-step model.

Our team of caring and experienced professionals will assist individuals and families in gaining insight into mental, behavioral, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of addictive behaviors and associated issues.

Alternative Options Chemical Dependency IOP treats the abuse of, and addiction to, many different drugs, including: benzodiazepines, opiates, prescription medications, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, hallucinogens, inhalants, and others.

Our Chemical Dependency IOP program is led by professionals with decades of experience in the field of addiction. Our Medical Director, an addiction specialist, evaluates each client’s current needs and determines their appropriateness for Medically Assisted Treatments (MAT), if needed. Our multi-disciplinary treatment team of counselors and therapist works collaboratively with our clients to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan to ensure that our client’s unique needs are met in a safe, caring environment.

The chemical dependency IOP is offered during both daytime and evening hours to accommodate work and school schedules.
